Addition and remodel project. Addition includes 14 Resident Rooms, Dining and Therapy. The remodeling converts existing double rooms into single rooms. Construction is just starting on this project.

Country Manor Rehab Wing Care Center
Sartell, Minnesota
60 unit care wing added on to the existing facility. Systems were arranged for stand-alone capabilities. The project is currently under construction. Project highlight includes Total Energy Recovery Unit to temper the outside air systems. Four pipe fan coils are provided for Resident Rooms.
