Eight classroom addition to the school and major lighting, sound, and video remodeling in the sanctuary. The project budget was approximately $2,100,000 and was designed architecturally by Pope Associates. The project was completed in 2004.

Major remodeling of this existing historic multi-use facility. Project costs were approximately $4,000,000 and our client was Miller Dunwiddie Architects. Project was completed in late 2000.

Our Saviors Lutheran Church
Minneapolis, Minnesota
New construction of an inner city church complex including worship, fellowship and educational functions. Project costs were approximately $4,000,000 and our client was Kodet Architectural Group Limited. Project was completed early in 2000.

Immaculate Heart of Mary
Minnetonka, Minnesota
Major addition and remodeling of this existing church complex including worship and educational functions. Project costs were approximately $3,000,000 and our client was Kodet Architectural Group Limited. Project completion was late in 2000.

School kitchen addition, major school remodel and church administration addition.

St. Louis the King Church
Harvey, Michigan
Major addition to an existing historic church including worship and educational facilities. Project costs were $4,500,000 and our client was Architron Ltd. Project was completed in late 2000.

United Methodist Church
Woodbury, Minnesota
Remodeling and addition to this existing facility including worship and educational functions. Project costs are estimated at $2,500,000 and our client is Rafferty Rafferty Tollefson Architects. Project is currently under construction.

Resurrection Lutheran Church
Woodbury, Minnesota
School addition to this existing church complex. Project costs are estimated at $2,500,000 and our client is Station 19 Architects. Project is currently under construction.

St. Stephen’s Catholic Church

Major addition and remodeling to this existing two block school and worship complex. Project costs were approximately $6,000,000 and our client was Station 19 Architects. Project was completed in 1999.

Maple Grove, Minnesota
New construction of a religious school complex including worship, classroom, recreational and support functions. Project costs were approximately $7,000,000 and our client was RSP Architects. Project completion was late in 2002.

Life in Christ Lutheran Church
Albertville, Minnesota
Worship area addition to and remodeling of an existing mixed use facility including worship and administrative functions. Project costs were approximately $2,000,000 and our client was Rust Morrison Walijarvi Architects. Project is currently under construction.

Church of St. Michael/St. Croix Catholic School
Stillwater, Minnesota
Major remodeling and addition of this existing facility including classroom, recreational, food service and administrative functions. Project costs were approximately $8,000,000 and our client was the Architectural Network. Project was completed early in 2002.

Faith Lutheran Church
Forest Lake, Minnesota
18,000 sq. ft. of additions and 18,000 sq. ft. of remodeling to provide a total project area of approximately 36,000 sq. ft. The HVAC systems implemented into this facility consisted of geo source heat pump systems.

Family of Christ Church
Ham Lake, Minnesota
72,000 sq. ft. new facility built in three phases with a geo source heat pump system and energy recovery ventilators.
